By downloading or using the MoneyZo app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

MoneyZo is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

2. Auto-Tracking & Notifications

MoneyZo utilizes the Notification Listener permission to read incoming notifications from payment and banking apps to automatically track your expenses. While we strive for accuracy, the extraction of data from notifications depends on the format provided by your banking apps, which may change. MoneyZo is not responsible for any inaccuracies or financial miscalculations caused by missed or misread notifications. It is your responsibility to review and confirm pending transactions.

3. Local Storage & Data Loss

All financial data is stored securely and locally on your device. We do not store your data on our servers. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data if export features are available. MoneyZo is not liable for any loss of data resulting from app uninstallation, device formatting, or loss.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does use third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that declare their own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
